Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited information Jane Communications uses to complete personal calls and consent-based messages.

Effective August 19, 2026

Information used

Jane Communications may use a recipient’s name, phone number, message content, call purpose, consent status, and the minimum context needed for a requested communication. Service providers may create delivery, call, and security records while operating the service.

How information is used

Information is used to place requested calls, deliver requested messages, respond to replies, provide help, honor opt-out requests, protect the service, investigate failures, and meet legal or carrier requirements.

Mobile information and sharing

Mobile numbers, message content, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate communications, hosting, security, and delivery, or when law requires it.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as needed for the requested communication, security, troubleshooting, legal obligations, or carrier compliance. Retention periods can differ because communications providers keep some operational records under their own policies.

Choices

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting hello@jane101.com. Some provider or legal records may need to be retained.

Security

Jane Communications uses access controls, scoped credentials, encrypted transport, monitoring, and cost controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
