Messaging consent

Jane Communications sends personal administrative messages only after the recipient has directly opted in.

Effective August 19, 2026

How consent works

There is no public signup and no purchased contact list. A recipient directly opts in by giving their mobile number to the service owner and asking to receive a specific administrative message, reminder, update, or alert. The service owner may also configure messages to the owner’s own mobile number.

Consent applies only to the described personal communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Jane Communications does not sell products or subscriptions.

Automated-message disclosure: Messages identify Jane Communications. They do not claim that an automated assistant is a human.

What recipients can expect

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After an opt-out request, one confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@jane101.com.

Recipients who opt out will not receive further messages unless they directly opt in again.

Mobile information

Mobile numbers and messaging consent records are used only to provide the requested communications, operate the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal or carrier requirements. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
